Barcelona Onthego (On the go) is a new mobile food truck concept that offers delicious Spanish cuisine in Orange County California. Barcelona Onthego combines wholesome, traditional Spanish recipes with modern cooking techniques. Barcelona Onthego uses the finest local products to bring their customers the highest quality and flavors. As a result, the menu items are subject to change based on seasonality of products.

Barcelona Onthego’s signature dish is their USDA Prime Top Sirloin and Fries with Chimichurri ($9). So that’s what we ordered — And we’re so glad we did! It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. The USDA Prime Top Sirloin and Fries with Chimichurri was excellent! It came with USDA prime top sirloin simply grilled with salt and topped with delicious chimichuri sauce (a blend of garlic, olive oil, parsley and spices).

The USDA Prime Top Sirloin steak was tender, juicy and tasty and cooked to perfection (a pink medium rare throughout). And the chimichurri sauce was bursting with flavor. The fries can get a bit soggy if you don’t eat right away — But that shouldn’t be an issues since these fries are so delicious you won’t want to wait to eat anyways!
